Objective To analyze sonography and the blood flow in wrapping canine fusiform aneurysm with biofilm, and to evaluate the value of high frequency ultrasound ( HFUS) simultaneously. 目的分析人造生物膜包裹动脉瘤的声像图特点和血流变化情况,探讨高频超声(HFUS)在实验性动脉瘤包裹治疗术中的价值。
Cases of basilar artery trunk fusiform aneurysm and 1 case of basilar artery furcation saccular aneurysm were detected in autopsy. There were aneurysm rupture, subarachnoid hemorrhage and swell, necrosis, softening, gliosis of brain tissue confirmed pathologically in all cases. 尸解见基底动脉主干梭形动脉瘤3例、基底动脉分叉部囊状动脉瘤1例,均有动脉瘤破裂、蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH),以及脑组织肿胀、坏死、软化、胶质增生等。
CTA examed one month before admission showed fusiform aneurysm of the basilar artery. 患者入院前1个月头部CTA显示基底动脉梭形动脉瘤。
